This session will explore the risks and opportunities climate change and the transition pose to law firms and their clients, and the unique skills and positioning of commercial lawyers to navigate the evolving net zero landscape. Speakers will represent a range of legal expertise and perspectives, and will provide practical examples of how climate change is impacting their work and how they are playing an active and enabling role in the transition to net zero.
